Two-day intensive training for small group leaders, Bible study teachers, and those interested in serving.

Effective ministry begins with equipped leaders. This two-day training program is designed for current and aspiring small group leaders, Bible study teachers, and anyone called to serve in a leadership capacity at LA UBF.

Who Should Attend

This training is open to all members who feel called to serve. Whether you are already leading a group or simply exploring what leadership might look like, you will gain practical skills and spiritual encouragement. Lunch is provided both days.
